Our team has an in-depth understanding of the Australian and Global Dairy Markets, as well as extensive risk management experience across agricultural commodities. We value long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
Scott has a strong passion for driving success in the dairy industry in Australia. Over the last 20 years Scott has worked across a number of roles in global agricultural markets, including time spent in Europe, the USA, Latin America and Australia. He has spent the last 10 years working closely with Australian and global dairy market participants, giving him unique insights into the commercial and strategic issues being faced by industry participants across the value chain. Scott is keenly focussed on the evolution of price transparency and risk management in the dairy industry, as he believes it provides a competitive advantage to those who innovate first in this area.
Catarina has over 20 years of professional services experience across the areas of customer experience and strategy, business performance and operations. She has worked across several markets including Brazil, US, UK, Asia Pacific and Australia. Catarina is passionate about helping our business focus on the biggest issues that matter most to our clients, and ensuring that your experience of working with us is simple, easy and drives great outcomes.
Douglas grew up on a dairy farm in the SE of South Australia and began his trading career in agriculture markets in 2005. Since then, Douglas has held various trading and risk management related roles in origination markets including Russia, Ukraine, Canada, USA, Brazil, Argentina and Australia, and destination markets including Asia and the Middle East. Douglas’s experience includes managing significant trade books at AWB (Australian Wheat Board), establishing Black Sea exports for Olam International, as well as setting up the trading operations of private corporations like Ravago.
Campbell has been working in agricultural markets since 2000, with various roles at companies including Louis Dreyfus Commodities, Goldman Sachs and AWB, before becoming General Manager and Owner of Globe Agriculture based in Singapore. He holds an Honours Degree in Agricultural Science, Bachelor Degree in Commerce from The University of Melbourne and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
